All web development, software development, and SEO services provided by YourCoder IT Solutions & Digital Marketing are subject to the specific terms outlined in our mutual project discussion or formal contract. We believe in clear expectations from day one.
We provide a specified number of revisions during the design and development phases as agreed upon in the project scope, ensuring you get exactly what you want. Major structural changes requested after finalizing a design may incur extra charges.
A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project. Please note that once the advance payment is made, or the project has started/completed, the payment is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation. Final website deployment will be processed only once the remaining dues are fully cleared.
We provide 1 month of free service and support following the successful launch of your project. This covers basic bug fixes and minor adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and custom code developed specifically for their project. However, YourCoder reserves the right to showcase the completed beautiful project in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
